HOW DO I GO ABOUT ORDERING A PRODUCT FROM YOUR SHOP?
The first thing you have to do is visit our SHOP and scroll through the numerous products we have to offer. Once you have found the items you like to purchase, go to your shopping cart, fill in your shipping country and state to calculate the postage fee, then fill in a coupon code (if applicable) and go to checkout. You will then be directed to a PayPal payment page or Offline payment page (bank transfers Australia Only) where you can pay.
WHERE DO I PROVIDE YOU WITH ENGRAVING DETAILS?
When you a choosing your engraved items, there will be a special section on each product page where you can enter engraving details PRIOR to adding them to you Shopping Cart.
CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ENGRAVING STYLE THAT ISN'T AVAILABLE IN YOUR FORM?
Yes you can. As a main option, there are 20 different font styles available for engraving. Each product page will have pictures that give you a preview of what each text style looks. If you would like a different font than the 20 fonts offered, you unfortunately won't get this preview. However, you can request pretty much any other font style readily available in Microsoft Word.
Besides fonts, we also have 10 different symbols that can be engraved on your item. If you wish to personalise your item(s) even further, you can even have a custom image for only $2 extra. We can engrave whatever black&white image you would like. We do recommend you contact us prior to purchase though to discuss options.
I WANT TO BUY BULK (10+) OR BLANK ITEMS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes it is. We offer special prices for bulk orders or blank items. Please contact us through our CUSTOM ORDERS section or E-mail jayandjoepetandruralsupplies@gmail.com to get a quote for your request.
CAN I PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT?
As long as you have an Australian bank account, you can pay via bank deposit. Simply select "Offline Payment" during checkout and our bank details are provided. You can then use these details to make your payment once the ordering process is complete. These details will also be shown in your Order Confirmation email.
